WE MAKE SAFETY AND RELIABILITY OUR PRIME OBJECTIVES AND USE THE LAST TECHNOLOGY TO ENSURE THAT OUR MACHINES MEET ALL ELECTRICAL SAFETY STANDARDS AND CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS

We work to develop a culture of safety in the machines that we build and install at our customers.

Development of the necessary solutions for risk reduction
Proposals about how to achieve compliance with essential safety requirements on our systems (safety gates, Safety light curtains , laser scanner, etc.)
Functional description of the overall concept, including safety areas
Layout, including location of the safety-related equipment
Layout of the mechanical guarding
Specification of the safety requirements including safety matrix
Basis for the preparation of hardware and software concepts
Certified Safety PLC
Safety PLC code, password protected

Thanks to this we can increase machine safety, studying and developing constantly the safety increase of operators and machines, without losing productivity.

All this is always thought in close cooperation with the customer and – in case – we can customize it as requested by the customer, provided this does not lower the level of safety.
